Somatic Movement
Life happens in movement - we are more aware of relative changes than of absolute states, and our perception of the world is rooted in our movements through it. Movement is essential for renewal and it occurs at many different levels of refinement. Healthy tissue continuously receives new information and releases the old through movement.
Using her broad experience with yoga, Continuum Movement, Feldenkrais, tai chi, and dance, Sue creates inventive and interestng movement explorations for her clients. She emphasizes inquiry through movement to trigger the experiential insight that fosters wisdom. Through discovering another layer of freedom in our bodies, a playfulness and curiosity unfolds. We reconnect to the joy of living through the art of being an embodied soul.
