Yoga
Hatha yoga is part of a philosophic system and encompasses
a powerful and practical physical application, ultimately
preparing the body for meditation. This includes breathwork,
dynamic and static postures, and visualization. It is a varied,
evolving, yet ancient tradition that has a wide range of applications.
Every instructor teaches from a personal perspective. Sue’s
perspective emphasizes the exploration that triggers understanding
and the experiential insight that fosters wisdom.
