Inspired to help people find greater grace, clarity and joy in the way they live in their bodies,
Sue is continually seeking to understand what it means to be human. Studies in yoga, somatic movement arts (Continuum Movement, Feldenkrais, Rolf Movement, Pilates, Alexander Technique, tai chi), sensory processing (Tomatis Method, Natural Vision), bodywork (Visceral Manipulation, Craniosacral, Polarity), consciousness studies, neuroscience, anthropology and philosophy are all part of this path. She continues to educate herself in mind-body
disciplines for personal growth and to improve the quality of her instruction.
The groundbreaking work of the following pioneers have influenced her development and guided her inquiries: Emilie Conrad, Hubert Godard, Alfred Tomatis, Moshe Feldenkrais, Ida Rolf, Jean-Pierre Barral, William Sutherland, William Bates, Krishnamacharya, Joseph Pilates. |
