Body Map

This private 10-session yoga and pilates series is an education. Sue takes you through a systematic self-evaluation of your body and develops a program for you to take home. Appropriate for beginner to advanced yoga and pilates students.

Yoga of Vision

Yoga of Vision is a process of self-discovery through the visual system. This 7-week series can be taken privately or with a group. In this series Sue covers the Bates Fundamentals, functional integration of the visual system and the art of perception.

CORPORATE PROGRAMS

Lunchtime Yoga

A 55-minute class designed to give all levels a well-balanced class in the middle of the day.

Yoga Break

A 30-minute session of gentle yet invigorating yoga designed to uplift the office worker without having to change their clothes. Minimum of 2 sessions offered back-to-back.

Deep Relaxation

A 20-minute deep relaxation break. No change of clothes or mat required. Minimum of 2 sessions offered back-to-back.
